I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and have had plantar fascia release surgery. These socks provide excellent support especially with the recovery from the surgery. They are also very comfortable when worn for extended periods, for weight training and cardio exercises using feet.
I have a long history of running and various sporting pursuits and I rate these as the best sock I have ever worn.

I keep going back to these socks as I just don’t notice them while I’m running, which is a good thing! They stay in place really well & are tight enough to not let sand/dirt etc in. They last pretty well too
