When will my order arrive?

Orders shipped with our Standard Ground Delivery service will ship either via Canada Post, FedEx, Loomis Express, Purolator, or UPS and will arrive between 3-7 business days after dispatch from British Columbia.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders under $120 before taxes, shipping is a flat rate of $15.00. Orders over $120 before taxes, will qualify for free shipping.

How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery of your order.

What if my order doesn’t reach me?

If you suspect that your order has been delivered to the incorrect address or has been lost by the courier, please submit a request here so that we locate your parcel.

Can I redirect my delivery after it’s been dispatched?

In most cases we can issue a redirection request to our couriers. Simply submit a request with your new delivery address so that we can assist you.  Please know that this may take up to 24 hours.

Does 2XU Canada ship to military addresses?

Yes, 2XU Canada does ship to military addresses. Please be sure to provide a clear address with as much information as possible to ensure your package can successfully be delivered.

Does 2XU Canada ship internationally?

We cannot ship an order internationally from our Canadian website. Please be aware that orders placed via third party freight or shipping forwarder to countries outside of Canada are done so at your own risk and safe delivery cannot be guaranteed.

How can I purchase 2XU products outside of Canada?
