Compression shirts are essential for older athletes. Like it or not, skin, nerves and veins tend to become looser and lose solidity thus degrading proprioception. This affects aiming, swinging, and balance. My selection is to seek tighter than normal fit because of the age factor that depletes musculature. Quality and compression strength is excellent.

Bought this to help with recovery after tough badminton sessions. Wearing it for the first time, it felt good with just the right compression. It felt like my sweat was wicked away and I felt dry through out.
Time will tell after a few more uses if it helps with recovery like my compression bottoms.
First, this is a great compression shirt that I have added to my daily workout wear. Very tight in a good way! Vented in right places and absorbs sweat well. Plus it looks great!
