Bought this to help with recovery after tough badminton sessions. Wearing it for the first time, it felt good with just the right compression. It felt like my sweat was wicked away and I felt dry through out.
Time will tell after a few more uses if it helps with recovery like my compression bottoms.
First, this is a great compression shirt that I have added to my daily workout wear. Very tight in a good way! Vented in right places and absorbs sweat well. Plus it looks great!

I have the short sleeve as well and this is just as good. I use it for my runs and also as a base layer when I go cycling. I had to size up to a large to get the right amount of compression my chest as a reference is 39
