    These compression tights have made a massive difference to my results and recovery. I have typically worn compression shorts, but have recently found that I was getting sore calves when pushing it. Painful afterwards and impacted in subsequent runs. These compression tights have really helped. Highly recommended!

    Great tights for everyday wear and recovery

    I wear the 2XU Recovery Tights for long periods during exercise and for the rest of the day. I have found that my leg muscles have experienced much less cramping and the muscles are in much better shape and fitness the next day. I am almost 70 years old and walk 5-6km/,day in 1 session. Often, I walk up to 20,000 steps per day. I would highly recommend Refresh Recovery Compression Tights.
