Very mild compression. I purchased them just to try the brand first before spending too much and decided to size up as it says in description and reviews and I am glad I did. Bought size M when I am normally S and that’s why I think compression feels very mild maybe S would be perfect in compression but I don’t think I would’ve made my ankles fit as they are just ok with the size M. They are great tights, however a bit more space in ankles and waist would make them perfect mild compression tights in accurate size. (That’s why 4 stars review) so definitely size up. Otherwise, happy with the brand and material, super comfortable for leasure, walking and low impact training.

Leggings that actually do the job and not just there to look ‘pretty’. Love the thick waistband and colour contrast. Very happy and tempted to get a 2nd pair! They do fit quite snug so don’t recommend sizing down.
