Good pair of gloves and does not hinder your movement. I can use this while riding a bike or running. Of course it does not have full winter insulation but what I like about this glove is that it is not bulky on the fingers.

I found I was getting too hot running in long sleeves and jumpers during winter but my hands were freezing. These are an absolute game changer, super warm but breathable also and easy to put in pocket/waistband when hands are all warmed up. Necessity for all winter running!
