This Compression tight was bought for my wife and she claims it’s extremely comfortable and fits very well. She reckons she would by other 2XU products in the future.
The 3 Star rating is not for the quality of the product but for the customer service I received from 2XU. The item was delayed by Australia Post and despite complaining about the item not being delivered or the tracking information being updated (I complained to both Australia Post and 2XU twice), I got no response whatsoever from 2XU which I believe speaks rather poorly of their customer service. I gave 3 stars and not 1 star as this was the 3rd time I ordered items from the 2XU website but the first time I had this problem. I did eventually receive the product but I’m still waiting for a response from 2XU regarding my 2 emails. I can understand things going wrong with deliveries, but how a company handles communication when that happens highlights their processes or lack of them.
