For all garments except wetsuits:
Machine wash in cold water with like colours
Do NOT Tumble dry
Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets
Do not iron
The below special care is required for your 2XU wetsuit:
When getting into and out of the wetsuit, step into the legs and pull the suit over the knee and up to the waist, being careful not to snag the high stretch materials with toe and fingernails. Insert arms into the sleeves until the suit covers the shoulders. Pull the gusset over the head (front entry suits only) and close the zipper. To get out of the suit, reverse the process, turning the suit inside out as you go. Wetsuit for surface activity only read instructions before use hand wash only drip line drying in shade do not iron do not bleach do not tumble dry do not dry clean.
The size chart for medium says they fit up to 5’ 11” 188 lbs.
At 5’ 11” and 175 lbs I can’t even get my foot through the leg.
Since they were on clearance I can’t return them so I’m just stuck and am out the money.
I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.
Much lower quality and effectiveness than any other recovery tight I have owned... Bought them on clearance so no returns!
I went by the size chart and I was just on the size of small. If you are close to in between sizes go smaller. I find mine are too big to be effective
Absolute must have, as a recovery piece in my arsenal!

Sizes run smaller than they say on the chart. I understand they are compression tights but anyone who orders these that doesn't look like the person modeling them should get at least a size bigger than what the chart says to get
