I got into more consistent running over the last two years as it became harder to do most organised sports! I would often get sore calves once I started staying at 40km + week on week. This is a terrific product. I've found that - based on 40km+ weeks - they retain good compression for about 4/5 months. They've done a great deal to ease the calf pain I was having before. I'm able to get a lot more running in as a result - especially faster runs that were most problematic before.
